Thank you for your email.
Consequently your file has been reviewed by this Embassy, however, unfortunately, a visa cannot be granted at this time since you do not fulfil the requirements for the visa you have applied for.
If you would like to start legal proceedings against the visa decision, please send us a formal complaint letter stating the reasons for your complaint and additional documents.
The German Embassy then once again will re-consider your visa application according to German Immigration Law.
Should there be again a negative decision, you will receive from this Embassy a so-called "Remonstrance Notice" in exclusively German language. Due to the heavy workload this procedure might take up to three months.
Please be aware that remonstrance is a legal process and in case of a negative result, you may approach the court as final part of the legal process.
You can plead against this "Remonstrance Notice" with the Administrative Court in Berlin.
As the accepted language in front of German courts is German only, you might than have to get legal assistance through a competent lawyer’s office in Germany.
